A pool, or group of pools, within a specified geographic area that contain oil or natural gas. Fields are not specific to producing geological formation(s). Fields are used for well naming purposes relative to the well site surface coordinates and the objective formation of the well.

This dataset contains 8 layers showing current and predicted ranges of grand fir (Abies grandis ). One layer demonstrates range according to current climate conditions averaged from the period 1950-1975. Six layers model predicted ranges according to two different IPCC scenarios according to their Canadian Climate Centre modeling and Analysis (CCCma) third generation general correlation models (CGCM3) A2 and B1, in the years 2020, 2050, and 2080. An 8th layer shows a continuous model of predicted occurrence for the period 1975-2006.

The public ownership layer shows land ownership/management for public entities, Federal, Tribal, State, and Local. The base linework was derived mostly from the BLM Landlines (Public Land Survey & Jurisdiction) layer and from ODF ownership layer. This base linework was enhanced using lines derived from the Government Corners Database (GCDB)
This dataset describes Native American Ceded Tribal lands in Washington State. Boundary lines have been digitized from a variety of digital data sources including 1:100,000 streams for boundaries described in treaties as following a stream or river, 1:24k Water Resource Inventory Areas (WRIA), Watershed Administrative Unit (WAU) and Hydrologic Unit Code (HUC) boundaries for boundaries referred to in treaties as 'divide', 'summit' or 'between the waters of', 1:100,000 Major Public Lands (for current reservation areas), 10 meter DEM and 7.5 minute USGS digital Quad maps (to define ridgelines and 'divide' where WRIA, WAU or HUC boundaries don't exist) and NAIP orthophoto imagery (to get a feel for what a questionable...

TRIM-EBM is a 2D product containing TRIM 1 features excluding toponoymy, contours and DEM for which area based features have been closed to form polygons, symbol points have been replaced with polygons and vertical integration of streams has been removed 25 Meter Resolution Not available to the public for download. Must be purchased from BC Government

Assessment Watersheds are mesoscale aquatic units designed to replace the 3rd order 1:50K watersheds. Assessment Watersheds are based on groupings of fundamental watersheds using FWA watershed code and local code, with a target size of between 2,000ha and 10,000ha. Data prepared as a part of the BC Freshwater Atlas.

The National Hydro Network (NHN), for which the standard was officially adopted by the Canadian Council on Geomatics (CCOG) in August 2004, focuses on providing a quality geometric description and a set of basic attributes describing Canada's inland surface waters. It provides geospatial vector data describing hydrographic features such as lakes, reservoirs, rivers, streams, canals, islands, obstacles (e.g. waterfalls, rapids, rocks in water) and constructions (e.g. dams, wharves, dikes), as well as a linear drainage network and the toponymic information (geographical names) associated to hydrography. The NHN forms the hydrographic layer of the GeoBase. The best available federal and provincial/territorial data...
Level 1A Raw Image Data from SPOT 5 and SPOT 4 satellite. These images were used to create the orthoimages for the product GeoBase Orthoimage 2005-2010. Images of Raw Imagery GeoBase 2005-2010 product are raster digital date coming from SPOT 4 and SPOT 5 satellites that contain a panchromatic band with 10 meter pixels and four multispectral bands with 20 meter pixels. These images were used to produce the orthoimages of the GeoBase Orthoimage 2005-2010 product. These images are not georeferenced. The main objective of the project is to produce a complete set of raw images covering Canada's landmass over a five-year period, from May 2005 to October 2010. The goal is also to promote the use of geomatics and education...

Digital orthophotos combine the geometric qualities of a map with the image qualities of a photograph. The orthophotos in this series are a mosaic of digital orthophoto quarter quads (DOQs) produced through the National Digital Ortho Photo Program (NDOP). The image characteristics of the orthophotos in this series follow that of the source DOQs. The ground sample distance is 1 meter in the x direction and 1 meter in the y direction. The images are resampled to 2 meters when an order is placed. The images are rectified to the UTM Coordinate System, NAD83. The images are in JPEG format and each image covers a 7.5-minute quadrangle. The USGS DOQs are replaced by enhanced DOQs from APFO where available. The enhanced...

All FRCC calculations were done in ArcGIS 9.3.1 with the FRCC Mapping Tool version 2.2.0, using Landfire Biophysical Settings (BpS) and Succession Class (S-Class) layers and the default Landfire Reference Condition table (LFnat_west). All calculations were performed at a 30-meter resolution. Input BpS and S-Class layers were downloaded using the Landfire Data Access Tool version 2.2 (configuration database version 1.27, feature database version 1.02). Three landscape levels were used in all calculations, the 4th, 5th and 6th field HUCs from the "Pacific NW Sixth Field Hucs" GIS layer from Bonneville Power Administration (Subbasins, Watersheds and Subwatersheds, resp.). FRCC Calculation Procedure For each of the...

The British Columbia Marine Conservation Analysis (BCMCA) is a collaborative project assembling and analyzing spatial information about Canada's Pacific Ocean. The overall goal of the BCMCA is to identify marine areas of high conservation value and marine areas important to human use. Results of the project are intended to inform and help advance marine planning initiatives in BC by providing collaborative, peer-reviewed scientific analyses based on the best ecological and human use spatial data at scales relevant to a BC coast-wide analysis.

This dataset contains small cutthroat trout lakes within Southeast Alaska. These are smaller lakes that do not produce cutthroat trout large enough to reach the 11-inch regional minimum size limit. Each of these lakes has a 9-inch minimum size limit, and bait is prohibited. Regionwide limits of 2 per day and 2 in possession apply. Currently there are seven lakes in Southeast Alaska with the small cutthroat lake designation. Please verify fishing regulations with current Alaska Department of Fish and Game Sport Fishing Regulations at the following link: http://www.adfg.alaska.gov/index.cfm?adfg=fishregulations.se_sportfish

Vegetation types from Kuchler (1975) potential vegetation map were aggregated into 35 classes as part of the VEMAP project (Vegetation/Ecosystem Modeling and Analysis Project, Kittel et al. 1995). Functional vegetation types were reclassified (grouped in ArcMap) by the Conservation Biology Institute to reflect the classification scheme used by Brendan Rogers.
