These geospatial data were collected during the May 30-31, 2017 topographic and hydrographic survey of the Snake River at West River Road near Shelley, ID.
This dataset contains two feature classes - contacts and map units - digitized from the Atlas of Mars 1:5,000,000 Geologic Series Map Amenthes Area (1979). Geologic structures have been omitted.

This dataset contains photographs keyed to station points along the Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia. Photographs are titled and arranged by 7.5-minute quadrangle, and station points are located in the "Detailed geologic mapping geodatabase for the Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia." The first part of the photograph's filename corresponds to the FieldID attribute of the PhotoPoints entity in the Blue Ridge Parkway Geodatabase. The photographs in this collection are for the Snowden quadrangle, but are also part of a larger data release (Carter et al., 2016). For Snowden, there are 54 jpg in the collection. This data set depicts soil characteristics in western North America. The data set was created from NRCS STATSGO soil data. Calculations were made to reduce one to many relationships to one to one relationships in order to summarize average water capacity, depth to rock, salinity, and pH for each map unit (MUID). ArcMap 8.3 was used to import .dbf files and merge newly created attribute fields to the GIS soil coverage.
This tabular data set represents the percent of surficial materials compiled for two spatial components of the NHDPlus version 2 data suite (NHDPlusv2) for the conterminous United States; 1) individual reach catchments and 2) reach catchments accumulated upstream through the river network. This dataset can be linked to the NHDPlus version 2 data suite by the unique identifier COMID. The source data is the "Digital data set describing surficial geology in the conterminous US," produced by the United States Geological Survey (Price and Clawges, 1999). Units are percent. Reach catchment information characterizes data at the local scale. Reach catchments accumulated upstream through the river network characterizes cumulative...
This dataset contains monthly crop irrigation requirement (CIR) values from March 1940 through 2014 for the 20 virtual land-use units, including the seven canal service units, in the Rio Grande Transboundary Integrated Hydrologic Model (RGTIHM). CIR values are presented in units of feet per day.

This point vector dataset represents 10 climate stations used for analysis of annual and seasonal precipitation, analysis of monthly measured reference evapotranspiration, and comparison of simulated potential evapotranspiration with measured reference evapotranspiration within the Rio Grande transboundary integrated hydrologic model and water-availability analysis, New Mexico and Texas, United States, and Northern Chihuahua, Mexico.
![]() Between 1999 and 2005, drought in the western United States led to a >44 m fall in the level of Lake Powell (Arizona-Utah), the nation's second-largest reservoir. River discharges to the reservoir were halved, yet the rivers still incised the tops of deltas left exposed along the rim of the reservoir by the lake-level fall. Erosion of the deltas enriched the rivers in sediment such that upon entering the reservoir they discharged plunging subaqueous gravity flows, one of which was imaged acoustically. Repeat bathymetric surveys of the reservoir show that the gravity flows overtopped rockfalls and formed small subaqueous fans, locally raising sediment accumulation rates 10–100-fold. The timing of deep-basin deposition...
![]() These geospatial data were collected during the July 13 and July 27, 2016 topographic and hydrographic survey of the Gallatin River at I-90 near Manhattan, MT.
This location is part of the Arizona Mineral Industry Location System (AzMILS), an inventory of mineral occurences, prospects and mine locations in Arizona. Maricopa183 is located in T5N R10W Sec 29 SE in the Lone Mountain - 15 Min quad. This collection consists of various reports, maps, records and related materials acquired by the Arizona Department of Mines and Mineral Resources regarding mining properties in Arizona. Information was obtained by various means, including the property owners, exploration companies, consultants, verbal interviews, field visits, newspapers and publications. Some sections may be redacted for copyright. Please see the access statement.
