In addition to current distribution of each bird species, this map shows their current and near-term status within the ecoregion. Current, Long-term, and summary bioclimate data is also include for several of these bird species. The input datasets used in the distribution model are also included. These data are provided by Bureau of Land Management (BLM) "as is" and may contain errors or omissions. The User assumes the entire risk associated with its use of these data and bears all responsibility in determining whether these data are fit for the User's intended use. These data may not have the accuracy, resolution, completeness, timeliness, or other characteristics appropriate for applications that potential users...

The Commission on Environmental Cooperation, in concert with a trinational group of experts, has identified North American species of common conservation concern (SCCC). These terrestrial and marine species comprise a group of important migratory, transboundary and endemic species selected from among the continent’s great wealth of wild flora and fauna, which require regional cooperation for their effective conservation.

These data are statistical model outputs for loggerhead shrike (Lanius ludovicianus) species distribution, completed by Frank Davisâ Biogeography Lab at UC Santa Barbara. The UCSB Biogeography Lab used Maxent to generate predictions of habitat occupancy for ~70 species for the CA Energy Commissionâs project âCumulative Biological Impacts Framework for Solar Energy in the CA Desertâ, 500-10-021. Species distribution models were produced at 270 m resolution using a subset of 22 environmental variables. Models were evaluated with 10-foldcross validated AUC scores. Results are preliminary and have notyet been reviewed by expert biologists. Both continuous probability surfaces and binary layers are available...
