This data set contains the output values for the golden eagle threat assessment in relation to the 6th Level HUC unit. These values were created using the analysis tools in the associated toolbox (MIR_Golden_Eagle_Analysis_175407.tbx). This data layer contains the output values for all of the change agents used in the analysis of the golden eagle. This map contains:Terrestrial Intactness results for the State of Utah and the Colorado Plateau Ecoregion, 1 km resolution.Terrestrial Species Intactness results clipped to 15 different species' distributions, showing the TI status/condition for each species of interest in the COP.These datasets provide an estimate of current terrestrial intactness (i.e. condition) based on the extent to which human impacts such as agriculture, urban development, natural resource extraction, and invasive species have disrupted the landscape across the State of Utah and the Colorado Plateau Ecoregion. Terrestrial intactness values will be high in areas where these impacts are low.Documentation of model structure and input data and...

This data set is comprised of a potential distribution model for the Grassland Bird Assemblage within the Northwestern Plains Ecoregion. Observations used in maxent were from 1990 - present and during the months of May - September (birds only). The assemblage includes Baird's sparrow, chestnut-collared longspur, McCown's longspur, Sprague's Pipit and one non bird species, swift fox. Observations for swiftfox related to road kill were removed from the observations. This layer was processed to reclass open water and cultivated lands from the maxent output. It was reclassified to separate the maxent output for the low (1), moderate (2) and optimal (3) thresholds These data are provided by Bureau of Land Management...
This table contains information about the amount of each threat analysis attribute, indicator and metric quantified for the 6th level Hydrological Unit (HUC12). These attributes were calculated for the entire HUC 12, the streams within the HUC 12, or the riparian corridor within the HUC 12. The attributes were calculated using ArcMap Tools These data are provided by Bureau of Land Management (BLM) "as is" and may contain errors or omissions. The User assumes the entire risk associated with its use of these data and bears all responsibility in determining whether these data are fit for the User's intended use. This dataset was created as a way to have standard fish distribution datasets across the various fish species for the study area. This was needed because the original source datasets for fish distributions came from several different sources and were at various scales and also overlapped. To fix the issues in the source datasets we walked the original data over to the NHD Plus hydrography. These data are provided by Bureau of Land Management (BLM) "as is" and may contain errors or omissions.
