We apply a monthly water-balance model (MWBM) to simulate components of the water balance for the period 1950-2099 under RCP4.5 and RCP8.5 for the Greater Yellowstone Climate Assessment. We use the statistically downscaled MACAv2-METDATA temperature and precipitation data from 20 GCMs from the Climate Model Intercomparison Program Phase 5 (CMIP5) as input to the water balance model. This data set provides details on the date and time of relocations or radio-collared female northern Yellowstone mule deer along with the UTMs of the location. It also includes information on whether the location was obtained from a fixed-wing aircraft or from ground triangulation, whether the location was plotted on a map or obtained by use of a GPS unit in the aircraft, the estimated accuracy of the location, whether or not the deer was seen, and an estimate of the size of the group of deer including the radio-marked animal.
