The datasets provided here are the input data used to run the Seasonal Kendall Trend (SKT) tests and Weighted Regressions on Time, Discharge, and Season (WRTDS) models. SKT tests use "annualSamplingFreqs_allSites.csv" and "wqData_screenedSitesAll.csv" which includes, for all site-parameter combinations, information on annual sampling frequencies and the screened water-quality data, respectively. Data are included for laboratory studies evaluating the thermal biology of several freshwater mussel species and their host fish including dwarf wedgemussel (Alasmidonta heterodon), brook floater (Alasmidonta varicosa), creeper (Strophitus undulatus), eastern elliptio mussel (Elliptio complanata), tesselated darter (Etheostoma olmstedi), and slimy sculpin (Cottus cognatus). Thermal endpoints include critical thermal maximum, temperature preference, oxygen consumption rates, and clearance rates of organisms acclimated to a range of temperature treatments.

The datasets provided here are the output from the Seasonal Kendall Trend (SKT) test and Weighted Regressions on Time, Discharge, and Season (WRTDS) model that characterize changes in water quality in rivers and streams across the Delaware River Basin. SKT results are compiled in "skt_out.csv" for all combinations of site, water-quality parameter, and trend period. WRTDS results are compiled in four datasets. Jointly managed by multiple states and the federal government, there are many ongoing efforts to characterize and understand water quality in the Delaware River Basin (DRB). Many State, Federal and non-profit organizations have collected surface-water-quality samples across the DRB for decades and many of these data are available through the National Water Quality Monitoring Council's Water Quality Portal (WQP). The USGS’s FORE-SCE model was used to produce a long-term landscape dataset for the Delaware River Basin (DRB). Using historical landscape reconstruction and scenario-based future projections, the data provided land-use and land-cover (LULC) data for the DRB from year 1680 through 2100, with future projections from 2020-2100 modeled for 7 different socioeconomic-based scenarios, and 3 climate realizations for each socioeconomic scenario (21 scenario combinations in total). Data are included from three parts of the research in the Delaware River focusing on three sites known to support populations of Alasmidonta heterodon (dwarf wedgemussel). Site Rating Curve Data was data used to create unique river stage to river discharge models for each of three sites used to model how site conditions varied compared to USGS River Gage conditions. Site Bathymetry and Water Depth data were used to create river bottom topography and water depth maps for the three sites. A compilation of 6pm river temperature data were used to create temperature prediction models for each of the three sites.
