This dataset consists of an inventory of the locations of liquefaction-related phenomena triggered by the 7 January 2020 M6.4 Puerto Rico earthquake. The inventory is primarily based on field observations collected during post-earthquake reconnaissance conducted by the USGS and partners (Allstadt and others, 2020, Interactive Dashboard). Some additional locations were added based on reconnaissance reports by other groups (Miranda and others, 2020; Morales-Velez and others, 2020). We delineated 43 polygons of liquefaction areas and lateral spreading where we had sufficient evidence to do so (liquefaction_polygons_20210913.zip), but all outlines are approximate because liquefaction is primarily a subsurface process...

Bee-Gap describes the ecology, life-history, and distribution of 3,925 bee species in the United States that have geographical data and verified taxonomy. The database was constructed by compiling information from a broad range of internet sources and peer-reviewed journal articles. The 10 traits included in the database are: native status (native versus exotic/introduced), state and territory presence/absence, adult habitat, nesting strategy, voltinism, sociality, host bee species (for parasitic bees only), foraging strategy (generalist vs specialist), known host plants, and tongue length.

Time-series data of water surface elevation, waves, currents, temperature, and salinity collected between 17 May 2017 and 17 Jan 2018 off the southwest coast of Puerto Rico in support of a study on circulation and sediment transport dynamics over coral reefs. The data are available in NetCDF format, grouped together in zip files by instrument site location. A README.txt file details the files contained within each zip, including the file names, type of data collected, instrument that collected the data, depth, and start and end dates/times.
