The USGS Wyoming-Montana Water Science Center (WY–MT WSC) completed a report (Sando and McCarthy, 2018) documenting methods for peak-flow frequency analysis following implementation of the Bulletin 17C guidelines. The methods are used to provide estimates of peak-flow quantiles for 66.7-, 50-, 42.9-, 20-, 10-, 4-, 2-, 1-, 0.5-, and 0.2-percent annual exceedance probabilities (AEPs) for selected streamgages operated by the WY–MT WSC. This data release presents peak-flow frequency analyses for selected streamgages on the Bighorn, Tongue, and Lower Yellowstone Rivers and tributaries and Home Creek, Montana, that were based on methods described by Sando and McCarthy (2018). This data set contains imagery from the National Agriculture Imagery Program (NAIP). The NAIP program is administered by USDA FSA and has been established to support two main FSA strategic goals centered on agricultural production. These are, increase stewardship of America's natural resources while enhancing the environment, and to ensure commodities are procured and distributed effectively and efficiently to increase food security. The NAIP program supports these goals by acquiring and providing ortho imagery that has been collected during the agricultural growing season in the U.S. The NAIP ortho imagery is tailored to meet FSA requirements and is a fundamental tool used to support FSA farm and conservation programs....

The dataset contains anticipated desert bighorn sheep habitat on the Arizona Strip. Before 1988, Standard USGS topographical maps were used to identify elevations over 3,600 feet in mountain ranges that sheep were known to occupy. Then, areas where sheep were not found or reintroduced were eliminated.

This is a combined shapefile of all Greater Widland Ecosystems. We first created shapefiles for each GWE using hydrological units, contiguous habitat, human influence (25 km buffer) taking into account of federal, private, and tribal lands. We then combined them.

Bighorn Sheep modeled corridors in Colorado by the Southern Rockies Ecosystem Project (now Center for Native Ecosystems) encompassing the most important expert and model identified corridors from the Linking Colorado's Landscapes project that cross highways. The modeled corridors represent the corridors that were modeled using the Corridor Design tool http://corridordesign.org
