The biologically significant unit (BSUs) were revised in April 2019, creating the most up-to-date version of this dataset. A BSU is a geographical/spatial area within greater sage-grouse habitat that contains relevant and important habitats which is used as the basis for comparative calculations to support evaluation of changes to habitat. This BSU unit, or subset of this unit, is used in the calculation of the anthropogenic disturbance threshold and in the adaptive management habitat trigger. These data sets contain the attributes and indicators associated with aquatic EI and were categorized by size, landscape context, and conditionset in the Northwestern Plains Ecoregion. The data for the Aquatic EI used information from the Aquatic Threat analysis performed by the Missouri River Assesment Program (MoRAP). This model was developed using the boosted regression tree technique. The model was fitted using R version 2.14.0. The model can be linked or joined to the streams layer used in this project. Observations used in maxent were from 1990 - present and any record related to road kill was removed to remove associations with roads.
