The HydroLink App is no longer supported. We recommend exploring the Hydrography Addressing Tool or related Python Hydrolink methods to meet your hydrolink needs. The HydroLink Tool aids in generating a linear reference for point data to the NHDPlusV2.1 Medium Resolution and NHD High Resolution hydrography layers. The tool employs the researcher’s local, field-based knowledge of the geospatial features where data were collected to improve both the spatial accuracy of the research data and assist in the linkage to these national surface water datasets. Once the point location data are verified and linear referencing is complete, the output dataset includes the verified latitude and longitude coordinates and additional...
This data release includes tables and plots of results for pesticide compounds (pesticides and degradates) analyzed in groundwater samples collected by the USGS National Water-Quality Assessment Project during water years 2013-18 and in associated quality-control samples that are used to assess the quality of the reported pesticide results. All samples were analyzed by the USGS National Water Quality Laboratory (NWQL) using laboratory schedule 2437. The table of groundwater data includes pesticide results as reported by the laboratory, along with results that represent the application of censoring levels at the 90-percent upper confidence limit of the 95th percentile of laboratory blank concentrations determined...
Landforms along the Pacific, Gulf of Mexico, and Atlantic coastlines for the conterminous United States are attributed with the relative vulnerability of horizontal erosion due to sea-level rise to characterize coastal zone stability. The position and extent of landforms are geospatially indexed as line-events where these coastal zone features are intersected by the linear-referenced 2013 - 2014 U.S. Geological Survey National Hydrography Dataset Coastline, which corresponds to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) 2013 - 2014 mean high water level datum delineated in intertidal zones open to oceans, behind barrier coasts in bays, lagoons, and estuaries, and sometimes where tidal currents reach...

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Inland Bathymetric and Topobathymetric Survey Inventory, v. 3 includes a survey records inventory and dataset footprints (when available) for inland bathymetric and topobathymetric surveys published by the USGS for the conterminous US and Puerto Rico. Survey records include water feature, state, publication title, data vintage, mission, online linkage to reports and datasets, collection methods, survey and survey product resolution, datums, geoid, and accuracy information if known. This database, identified as the USGS Inland Bathymetric and Topobathymetric Survey Inventory, v.3, has been approved for release by the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). Although this database has been...
