Summary

Proposed Visual Resource Management (VRM) classifications within the Western Oregon Plan Revision (WOPR) area. These classes are based on scenic quality, sensitivity level, and distance zones. Managed VRM are areas which include Inventoried VRM and may include other external factors such as proximity to state highways or resource designations.
