Fowler, K.K., Sperl, B.J. and Kim, M.H., 2019, Data sets related to Wetland extent maps for 12 stream reaches covering approximately 750 river miles in Indiana: U.S. Geological Survey data release,

The Wetland Reserve Program (WRP) is a voluntary program administered by the NRCS. It provides technical and financial assistance to private landowners and Tribes to restore, protect, and enhance wetlands in exchange for retiring eligible land from agriculture. This information is needed to expand the library of 7MQ2 potential wetland extent maps for selected stream reaches in Indiana using a documented method; to make existing and new maps in the library available through an on-line ESRI story Map; to update and document software for 7MQ2 map preparation; and to publish data calculation methods, along with new maps by USGS.
